Customers may request a refund within 14 days of an initial SnagFrame Pro purchase if the product does not meet their needs.
Renewals
Annual renewals may be cancelled before the renewal date. Any rules for accidental renewals will be stated clearly before subscriptions become available.
How to request a refund
A support email and the information required to locate a purchase will be added before launch. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method.
